  I contracted with this service for 8 sitters at an exorbitant rate of $18 per sitter, per hour ( min. 4 hours) for 2 days plus service charge and agency fee. I expected 15-20 kids each day, ages 4 years old to 11 years old. . Last minute adjustment and the owner of the service wanted to send one of my 8 sitters to a private guest room to accommodate a member with children under 4 years old, which were excluded from this my kids program. .The owner charged the member with the babies $20 dollars an hour, plus, plus, and demanded I fulfil my contract for 8 sitters. The owner had requested 100% up front payment. I agreed to pay 75% of the total bill when the contract was signed, and agreed to the remainder upon the date of service. The owner was very vocal about my payment schedule and said she would not do business with me in the future. With the change in the number of sitters to 7, I adjusted the total due. She was very unhappy, and even told one of my guests at the even that, I refused to pay her fee. I will never use her company again, and will advise others of the problems we received.
